His extensive involvement in the industry includes serving as the Chairman of the ICT Industry Skill Council and as an advisor to the Ministry of Education in the Vocational Sector. Additionally, Sam holds a key role as a General Council Member of SLASSCOM, where he actively contributes to driving the Graduate to Career (G2C) framework.

With over two decades of managerial experience, Sam has navigated various sectors such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, Scientific Research, and IT services.
